The Fort Ord BRAC project involved the application of LBP on a number of buildings prior to demolition.

CDOT is the first state Department of Transportation to specify ECOBOND® LBP for work that relates to lead based paint.

Problem: LBP coated building materials generate large volume of hazardous waste during demolition.

Remedy: In-place conversion of LBP coated building materials into non-RCRA hazardous materials

Project Value: $100,000 for approx. 100,000 sq ft.
